Vintage Biscuit Barrel Chintz Pottery Chinese Rose B&L Leighton Cookie Jar 1960s coat dress set 95 (see close-up photo)This is a 1930s chintz pottery biscuit barrel made by Bourne & Leigh under their Leighton Pottery brand in the Chinese Rose pattern. The piece is decorated with a floral transfer print with larger roses that I think are hand finished in enamel paint. The piece has a silverplated top rim, lid and handle. It measures 5 1 2 in height, exclusive of the lids finial and the handle, and has a diameter of about 6 at its widest it weighs 1 lb and 9 oz. It is
